1. Q: Where is Fanyingtech located? Do you have your own factory?

A: We are located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China - a key hub for the photography accessories manufacturing industry. And we are a manufacturer with our own factory. Our current factory spans 4,000 square meters and is equipped with over 50 CNC machines.

 

2. Q: What is your main business model? Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

A: OEM and ODM are our main business model. We specialize in designing and manufacturing custom photography accessories based on clients' specifications (OEM) or providing complete design-to-production solutions (ODM) for brands worldwide.

 

3. Q: What is your production capacity and lead time?

A: With a team of 100+ skilled workers and automated CNC production lines, we have strong capacity for bulk orders. Standard lead time is 30-45 days after sample confirmation and deposit, which can be adjusted based on order quantity and customers request.

 

4. Q: Can we visit your factory?

A: Absolutely! We welcome our clients and potential partners to visit our factory in Zhongshan to audit our facilities, quality control processes, and discuss projects face-to-face. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. We will provide the pick-up service as per your request.

1. Q: What types of photography accessories do you specialize in?

A: We focus on high-end professional camera/phone/DJI accessories, including tripods, ball heads, quick-release plates & clamps (Arca-Swiss compatible), L-brackets, smartphone holders, and other precision components.

 

2. Q: Are your products compatible with the Arca-Swiss standard?

A: Yes, the majority of our quick-release system products (plates, clamps, L-brackets) are designed to be fully compatible with the universal Arca-Swiss dovetail standard. 

 

3. Q: Do you provide custom surface finishing and packaging?

A: Yes. We offer various surface treatments including anodizing (various colors), sandblasting, and laser etching, powder coating, silk-printing. Custom packaging (color box, blister, eco-friendly) with your logo and design is also part of our ODM/OEM service.

 

4. Q: Can you develop products according to our drawings or samples?

A: Certainly. The design service is our advantages. We have an experienced R&D team. You can provide us with detailed drawings, 3D files, or even a physical sample, and we can handle the rest from engineering analysis to mass production.

 

Part 3: Cooperation Process

1. Q: What is the typical process for an OEM/ODM project?

A: The standard workflow is:

1) Initial inquiry & requirement discussion

2) Quotation & contract confirmation

3) 3D design & prototyping

4) Sample approval & testing

5) Mass production & quality inspection

6) Shipping & after-sales support.

 

2. Q: Do you provide free samples? How long does it take?

A: We provide prototype samples for a fee, which is deductible from your future bulk order. For standard catalog items, samples may be provided free or at cost, depending on the product and quantity. Sample making lead time is typically 7-15 working days.

 

3. Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: Our MOQ is depends! For our stock available items, it can be as low as 50-100 pcs. For custom projects, MOQ depends on design complexity and the packaging request. We're happy to discuss and find a solution that works for your business. Contact us with your details for a precise quote.

 

4. Q: What file formats do you need for custom design?

A: We prefer STEP, IGES, or Solidworks files for 3D models, and AI or PDF files for logos and packaging graphics. We can also work from hand sketches or detailed descriptions.

 

5. Q: How do you handle confidentiality and protect our design?

A: We take IP protection seriously. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed before any project discussion. Your designs, drawings, and project details will be kept strictly confidential.

 

Part 4: Quality & Inspection

1. Q: What quality control measures do you have in place?

A: We implement IQC, IPQC, and OQC throughout production. Key processes include material certification, precision measurement with tools like projectors, load testing, and final pre-shipment inspection to ensure every piece meets standards.

 

2. Q: Do your products have any certifications?

A: Our factory operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Specific products can be tested and certified according to relevant standards (e.g., CE, RoHS) upon request and at an additional cost.

 

3. Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. During this period, we will repair or replace defective items free of charge.

 

4. Q: What if I receive defective products?

A: Please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the issue. We will investigate promptly. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange replacements or compensation as per our warranty terms.

 

5. Q: How do you ensure product consistency in large orders?

A: Our automated CNC machining and strict quality control protocols ensure high consistency. First-article inspection and periodic in-line checks are conducted to maintain uniform quality throughout the production run.

 

Part 5: Shipping & Payment

Q: How do you ship products? What are the shipping terms?

A: We ship via air (DHL/UPS/FedEx) for samples and small batches, and by sea (FCL/LCL) for bulk orders. We offer flexible terms like EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP according to your preference and experience.

 

Q: Can you ship directly to my customers (drop shipping)?

A: Yes, we offer drop shipping services with neutral packaging or your customized packaging. We handle logistics discreetly, and you can provide your own shipping labels if needed.

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Standard terms are 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment. For any other payment terms, we could discuss in a further.

 

Q: What is your typical delivery time?

A: For stock available products, delivery takes about 5-10 days after order confirmation. For bulk custom orders, it typically takes 30-45 days after sample approval and deposit.

 

Part 6: Service & Support

1. Q: What after-sales support do you provide?

A: Beyond the 1-year warranty, we provide lifetime technical consultation, access to product manuals and CAD files for approved designs, and ongoing support for any product-related inquiries.

 

2. Q: Can you help with product photography and marketing materials?

A: Yes, as part of our ODM service, we can provide high-quality product photography, white-background images, and even basic marketing copy for the products we manufacture for you.

 

3. Q: Do you have a product catalog I can download?

A: Yes, our latest product catalog and company profile in PDF format are available upon request. Please contact our sales team to get it.
